Medium Roast --Cerros Yali is named for the village of San Sebastian de Yali, a small town in Jinotega. The coffee comes from the nearby Cerros de Yali Protected Natural Reserve, a mountainous hub of biodiversity in northwestern Jinotega. This lot is produed by Mr. Javier Pineda, who inherited his land from his father. After a long absence, our original dark roast decaf is back. Like its caffeinated sister, this is a rich and bold decaf; strong spicey flavors and a syrupy body.This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Medium Roast --Our Interpretation of the original blend based on the coffees from the first ports of distribution Indonesia & the Arabian Peninsula. We carefully selected an Ethiopian & a Java coffee, roasted both to highlight their unique characteristics wild fruitiness & sweet strength, respectively. This is a full-bodied, earthy, rich coffee. Dark Roast --We roast this dark to bring out a strong spiciness and rich, coffee flavor (can eventaste a bit like bittersweet cocoa). Peruvian coffees are grown at exceptional altitudes.Our Perus offer exceptional cupping! Estate/region may vary.This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Dark Roast --Our best selling dark roast. The cup is enveloped in richness. The Gayoland is a Mandheling. This market name applies mainly to the finest of the traditional Arabica coffees of northern Sumatra. Rich, sweet great hot or iced...also finishes chocolaty. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Medium Roast --La Minita, a pedigree coffee for sure, is milder in acidity than other Tarrazu region coffees. We roast it to bring out a creamy sweetness with awesome balance. The estate is a model of highest quality; this coffee is always a classy cup. This coffee is SHADE GROWN

Medium Roast --Unbury the treasure of our frothy, rich, sweet blend made especially for espresso (great for drip or French Press, too); a smooth, chocolaty sweetness finished with a tangy bitterness; the crema is right on! This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Light Roast --Our current Guatemalan selection offers a slight nuttiness with mild, chocolate tones; a light fruitiness, too. Possibly our lightest coffee, so a nice citrusy essence and a acidity/tartness. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Dark Roast

Light Roast --Ethiopia, considered the origin of coffee today, yields coffees that are among the worlds most distinctive. Our Yirgacheff displays the wine- and fruit-toned acidity characteristic of African and Arabian coffees. It is high-toned and alive with strong citrus and flower tones. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

French Roast --The dark roast version has a smoky bite that youd expect from a French Roast. Some of the subtler flavor notes are muted in the roasting. But there is still plenty of rich goodness in this dark cup of coffee. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

A new addition to our medium roasted decafs; some flavor notes include dark fruit, mellow, medium body. Clean, crisp. Delicate, balanced, smooth. This decaf is Water Processed like all of our other decaf offerings.

French Roast --Burundian coffee is known for its intense body and sweetness. The high altitudes contribute to a more nuanced acidity supporting the sweetness and body. This coffee is a beautiful espresso and single-origin filter option. Even at our very dark profile.

Light Roast --Mild, but not mellow; low acidity and medium bodied for a light roast. Avid coffee drinkers cant even tell this is decaf. Snappy & light-bodied, this decaf is a great, versatile coffee morning, noon or night. This deaf is WATER PROCESSED (SWISS OR MOUNTAIN). This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Light Roast --Our original breakfast blend is a best seller. Snappy, moderate to high acidity, light body, heavy caffeine...a combo of South & Central Americans, this is just what you need to get out the door & off to battle. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Dark Roast --Kenya is a most universally admired origin of specialty coffee. It has the advantage of consistently high growing altitudes, soil and climate that contribute to fruit and wine tones typical of this region. Grade AA is the largest coffee bean size. This one is a very clean, balanced cup a solid performer; rich and slightly chocolaty.

Medium Roast --From a co-op of Honduran coffee farms that joined together in and began transforming all their farms to organic and fair trade practices. This coffee is processed naturally, so the coffee bean soaks up the fruity flavor from the cherry as it is dried whole. This results in a fruitier, heavier bodied coffee. Enjoy!

Dark Roast --This Indonesian has been roasted two different ways to produce a unique cup. It is richly sweet, almost sugary, with cherry fruit notes that acquire a chocolate depth in the profoundly smooth finish. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Light Roast --This is % Colombian coffee, not just in origin but also in performance balanced, creamy, well bodied; another solid all-around winner! The light roast gives it an exceptional brightness without being too acidic. Estate and region may vary. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Medium Roast --Our own creation a half-caf...part decaf, part regular, this blend of coffees from the Americas offers twice the flavor/half the caffeine. Great body and flavor: superb anytime of day or night. This coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Light Roast --Chiapas produces some of the very best and highest-grown Mexico coffees. This is a nutty, snappy coffee that is also rich and smooth. The acidity can get sharp as the coffee cools. Like virtually all of our organics; this coffee is SHADE GROWN.

Medium Roast - Tanzania Peaberry is back. This time from Ruvuma, named after the Ruvuma River which flows along the southern border with Mozambique. For some time, Ruvuma has produced high quality coffee. And with new washing stations the farm owners have been able to pay the farmer the same price he would receive if he had processed the coffee at home. In return they have been able to take better care in tending and harvesting the coffee. Average acidity and body. Flavors of milk chocolate and lemo...
